PAYMENT: All product orders are paid upfront using Credit Card, Debit Card or PayPal.
COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS PROHIBITING ANY OF OUR PRODUCTS: It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to comply with all local, state and federal laws or statues pertaining to the possession and/or use of any of the products we sell.
PRICE CHANGES: We reserve the right to change the price of any product we sell at any time. We will announce such changes in our weekly e-mail blast, and we will change the price on our web site.
RETURN POLICY: We as a wholesaler will replace any defective item. There is a 20% restocking fee for the return of non-defective items.
On some items, it would help prevent returns if you let us speak directly to your customer. Many times we can find the problem.
You may have your customers send a defective item directly back to us if you wish. Your customer will package the item and then address it to your company but with our address (see example below). This is so that you don’t have to handle returns and that your customer never finds out about us.
You will need to login to the online ordering system and click on RMA# to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The RMA # must be written on the outside of box. There must also be a note in the box explaining the problem. Returns received without a note will result in a longer processing time.
RETURNS THAT DO NOT HAVE RMA #’S ON THE LABEL WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO SENDER.

Once a return is received we will determine whether or not it is defective and then process the customer’s request.
Replacements for defective item will be shipped directly back to your customer just as a drop ship would at no charge.
If product is NOT defective, a choice of in house credit or reship product back to customer will be given.
Because we are in business to server our Authorized Dealers, there will be times, because of the cost of the item, that we just ship a new on to your customer. No need for a return.
CAMERA WARRANTY: We guarantee all Safety Technology CAMERAS to be free of defects inworkmanship and material for 90 days (unless manufacturer’s warranty is longer; please call) after sale to the customer.
We update the online ordering site with the status of the return when the order is received and then processed. Safety Technology does not pay for shipping of returned items.
ADDRESS CORRECTION POLICY: It is very important that we receive a complete and accurate address for all orders to insure timely delivery and because UPS and USPS charge a fee for any address correction. If we receive an incorrect address from a customer and we are charged a correction fee we will pass this fee on to you, our Authorized Dealer. If you place drop ship orders with us, we suggest that you stress to your customers the importance of a complete address including their street address, (with any apartment or suite number), city, state, and zip code, and all names spelled correctly.
BACK ORDERS: We make every effort to have all products in stock at all times, but this is not always possible. When a product we carry is out of stock we list it on our “out of stock” page on our online order site. We also list the date the item is expected back in stock.
Orders placed on our online order site: When you place your order, you will be notified if a product is out of stock. At that time, you will have the option of not ordering or going ahead and placing the order. If you place the order, you will be charged for the order. We will ship the product as soon as we get it back in stock.
SHIPPING POLICY: We try to ship the same day we receive the order if its placed by 4:00 pm Eastern time, Monday through Friday. Monday’s are our busiest day and orders placed over the weekend or Monday could be delayed until Tuesday.
SHIPPING INSURANCE POLICY: USPS automatically insures packages up to $50. UPS automatically insures packages up to $100. If you wish to add a additional insurance or signature required, this is an option when you use our online order site. There will be additional charges from USPS and UPS for this.
DAMAGED PRODUCTS: We ask that you notify Safety Technology of any damaged products received by your customer. That way we can put in a claim with the shipper.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All orders shipped outside the United States or its territories must comply with US laws and the laws of the destination country. For instance, we cannot ship small orders of stun guns or pepper sprays Internationally. The reason is that these products, and possible others require special licensing from the US Commerce Department. Its not worth the time and expense for small order. Larger orders will be considered.
DROP SHIPPING: We will drop ship directly to your customer with your information on the shipping label. We do not put any invoices or packing slips in the package. This is your responsibility. If you would like a packing slip included, you can send us a file that we can print out and we will be glad to add it to the package for you.
DROP SHIPPING CHARGES: Safety Technology does NOT charge a drop shipping fee.
INVOICES: You will be emailed an invoice when you place your order.
TRACKING INFORMATION: You will receive tracking information directly for UPS and USPS. Our shipping computers are linked directly to both USPS and UPS, making our system very efficient.
