There are several steps to being successful on the Internet:
- Have a website that reflects your personality. Add a picture, and put up copy that tells your customers something about yourself. People buy from people they know and like.
- Have a form on your web site to collect first names and email addresses. It helps to give your visitors an incentive to sign up for your list.
- Get traffic to your website. You can do this by paying for the traffic or using various methods to get free traffic.
- Email your list every day. What you say in the emails, what you should do in every email to ensure your list eagerly awaits your next email and how to overcome the resistance to writing, and how to find ideas to write about, are things we cover in the Coaching Club.
If you aren’t collecting names and email addresses and not communicating to your list regularly in an entertaining way, you are losing a bunch of money. You are also wasting time and money on getting traffic to your website.
